Hi,
Well done for stopping again. Life is sooooooooo much nicer smoke free!
Are you using anything in your quit? Like nrt or champix? If so, maybe they will help take the edge off your quit.
I read Allen Carr, you've probably heard about him? He helped greatly with my quit. Turned my thought processes around completely and now I see smoking for the dirty smelly habit it really is!
Good luck - Not that you need it

Congrats Angel-Lady. Obviously we've been off line for a while but I hope that you've managed to keep quit.
There are various parts of the forum that contain loads of very helpful information about quitting. If you haven't already done so I recommend having a look in the 'tips', 'your reasons', and 'help to stop' sections. Read, read, read and educate yourself. The other thing is to post and post and post.
Hopefully you will be back saying that you've managed to stay quit over the last few days...which should make you approx 1 week.
