Yaaaaay, i. Gonna be 1 whole month smokefree tomorrow just wish my mouth would stop hurting, i could start sleeping better, stop eating and stop being so snappy....... Im very impatient with my little girl, makes me feel awful :/ hope it passes soon xxxxx

The first month is fab :cool::cool:

The symptoms aren't nice but it's a healing process (mind you I'd cheerfully cut my tongue out at the mo )

Kat is totally spot on too, you will be a lot calmer as a non-smoker, actually it was one of the things that got me to quit again 'cos I realised it made me a stressy cow :eek::eek:

Keep on going and you'll be sorted really soon xxx

Thanks for the boost lovelies, i do feel less anxious ive noticed, just to be less snqppy is my next wish lol xxx ive had a wisdom tooth out and now my lower one is all inflamed so im being referred to hospital to have it removed, just started some antibiotics so hopefully the pain will ease in the next day or so, just seems a bit of a coincidence i quit and my mouth has erupted lol xxx
