Hi to anyone who is thinking of quitting smoking, today or in the near future.

You will find genuine support on this forum for what ever method your using,

be it N.R.T. Herbal remedies, Cold turkey, Champix.

I certainly couldn't have made it this far without the support and encouragement from many of the members on this site.

DAMN RIGHT - this site will help you quit, i have recommended it to 3 different people during their quit, i will not name them they may still lurk but they have quit all 3 of them.

I have been free since 18/03 I have to regnise nosomkingday.org has helped enormously

Hi, I am quitting today - I hope this forum can help me too - has anybody got any advise please I haven't had a ciggy since 10am this morning and I am starting to want one.do you think going cold turkey will be right for me. thank you if you answer.
