It was and I am slowly getting there. Even after all this time still get an urge to light up. Good thing though is that I can't be bothered to go across to the shops and by the time I want to they are shut anyway. I can only assume that this is due to having come off NRT and I am now going through the process of my early quit again. Main thing is I haven't lit up and I am determined I won't either.
Anyway keep up the good work Maddy.

Thanks everybody for your kind words. Its great to have a bod thats been smoke free for over two months. I feel like it is MY body again, not the drugs body to deteriorate!
