Barb smoked for TWO days this week and has admitted smoking previously in this "three month" quit.
Logically, morally, any way she is in week one and nearly two months away from entering month three.
If everybody here wants to play good guy and say it doesn't matter - so be it - but we all know (and more importantly so does barb) that it does matter.
Barb I genuinely wish you luck in this quit - wherever you place yourself on the timeline.
I'm very sorry to be so negative and will no doubt get many an angry reply - however lets play fair by all the other posters on here who have had the decency to admit to their mistakes and started afresh

Don`t be sorry about being negative, as i have said before everyone is entitled to their opinions, and everyone makes a valid point.
I know i smoked for 2 days which was 5 a day and had a puff before but i feel i belong with Alan.
If I have appeared bossy or trying to tell Barb what to do then I only come across that way because I think its a shame for barb to go back to day one when she has gone over two months smoke free. I agree with everyone else that this is BARB'S quit and she should do as she feels comfortable with.
At the end of the day, what is a few fags compared to the rest of a smoke free life? In my eyes it isn't anything to batter an eyelid about. But thats just my opinion. I'm normally a fairly easy going person (shut it) and like to see the good instead of the bad. In the grand scheme of things, it doesn't matter about the few fags. Its not like it affects our quits and after a few months have elapsed from now those few fags are gonna seem like sod all!
firstly this is not an angry reply as its hardly worth the effort. If barb and alan are happy to support each other then so what - if barb keeps having smoking days then im sure she will go away and get her head together then come back when she is ready, does it really matter what virtual room we are in? barb & alan know where she is with her quit and thats all that matters really.
I think the purpose of this site is for support:rolleyes:
Yes on the scheme of things does it matter what room you post in?
The fact is she jumped straight back into a quit after two days which was very brave considering. There are people who still smoke and come into this forum so what's the big deal?
For all i know you lot are just on this forum to wind me up and i am the only genuine quitter the rest just a bunch of actors set up to test me. (cue twighlight zone tune).......
........but i know thats not true.
Dayum! We're all busted guys!
Now lets just scoot all our asses out of here and leave John 'be' on his own. He can have this whole forum to himself now
Have fun making up multiple IDs to talk to yourself with won't you?
Please don't all go. What will I do for my entertainment. I come on as a guest every day (I don't trust myself to be logged on because I can be a bit fiery) and it is better than any soap/serial.!!
