Hi everyone and thanks for the support and advice.

I dont know why i started again. There was ne reason at all.

I was enjoying the sun in the garden with my children , well adults , and they all smoke and i just fancied one. Thing is that one led to another and another.

I bought the inhalater this afternoon , but to be honest i prefere the patches.

I will see doc about champix i think, thanks for link.

Alan , you are a star. I`m always here.
