hi guys and thanks for that yes i did quit today and its not been as bad as i thought it was going be thank god.

i did however find a half pack of cigs in my car :eek: but i didnt touch them you will all be pleases to hear.

lets hope that the rest of the days are as easy at this ( as easy as guiting can be)

Start of day 1

Hi,

I'm 2 hours into my first day. I thought i'd be desperate for a fag by now but I'm not bothered. Yet lol. I guess the lozenges are helping a lot.

I'm most worried about not smoking at work. I work as a computer programmer and take a fag break when I'm stuck on something. Has anyone got any advice on how to avoid that bit please?

I've tried a few times before and lasted as long as ten days. Hopefully this time I'll make it.
