I stopped counting once I got to 100 days. I wonder if that means anything? Other than the fact that I get confused with numbers higher than 3 digits.

I have been quit for 3 Months, 2 Weeks, 3 Days, 2 hours and 7 minutes (108 days). I have saved £578.23 by not smoking 2,161 cigarettes. I have saved 1 Week, 12 hours and 5 minutes of my life. My Quit Date: 04/01/2008 11:45

Yeah, now you mention it i'm starting to get confused re the weeks because my quit counter changed to 'month' *doink*

Hi,

Thought I would recycle blues day 4 (hope you dont mind blue).

I am finding out that the hardest part of the day is when i first wake up :(, As soon as I open my eyes the first thing I can think of is Cigarettes, I spose the day I wake up and dont think of them will be the turning point.

Well done blue and chris I see that you are on day 5!!

Will check back later, but for the mo I have my Grandson over. (Im 33 and a granny!!!!)

hows your day been belinda ? ,been lovely hasnt it , well it has here , took baby out for a crawl on the grass , there real sweet at 9 months arnt they, how olds your grandchild?

had the day off work today , but im back to it tomorrow. Ive now started munching on sunflower seeds , as i polished off 3 big bags of sweets at the weekend :eek: tried pumpkin seeds for the first time today , there horrid (oh theres no little face being sick , but if there was one id post that )euuugh , now ive got a whole bag of them and i dont know what to do with them , do you think birds like them? not really the time of year for that mind

I have 5 children, and my grandson is 5 months old I love being a granny

How was your day today blue?? Mine was very very difficult, but I didnt give in.

hi ,glad your still with us , ive had such a busy day ive only just sat down, starting to find the fag thoughts abit annoying now, and i want to be months quit not just days,as i know im not going to smoke again - findit hard to forget about smoking with all the 'help' i need to interact with to get my tablets (feels abit like havin another job) cant wait for it all to be over.

Sorry youve had a bad day today - things will be better tomorrow stick with it and ill see u then
