hope your Quit is going well. does get easyer as the days go on, i would like

to thank johntkd for his up-building words, we really do need mate like this.

if you really want to Quit. this forum will help us, because everyone here are

doing the same as you..... GIVEING_UP,

so if we all help one another. then we will make it to the end and be known

as a non smoker. be good and keep up the non-somking team.

I think both of you and so many many more here ( very including of course my fellow bunnies ) are just great

Just popped in to say hi. My quit is still ongoing but having a tough few days and needed sometime away from thinking about smoking. Selfish old me

I too appeciate everything people do on here, everyones words are very encouraging. I couldn't have done it without this place anyway
