I am in pc now thinking.....

I was in the farmacy today with my mother who is allso a heavy smoker.

Champic in Greece costs 49 eur for the "start packet".

He will bring that tomorow so I will buy from the farmacy.

At the moment I have pain at my fingertips, a kind of ischaemia may be.

THough, I am a doctor I never trust the doctors so even I am not spe******t in the field I suppose that it is due to my small muscels pain at the fingers.

I hope I will start tomorow the tablets...

I bought in the afternoon that "silver C...." and i will try to put after one week the final quit date according to the instructions.

I need some tips to suspend the urgues.

Last yerd I had read that little icy water can do that at least for a small period and a little camomile tea also is great in that case.
