One week down....

I really don't feel too bad and I'm going to have to give credit to Chantix. Previous quits, I've just been miserable 24/7 and this one has had it's moments, but I've been able to get through it. I've got those dreams that everyone has been talking about. Last night, it was that I came out of a haze to find myself smoking and was horribly disappointed in myself. I awoke feeling the same way but then remembered it was a dream, whew!

My face, just below my eyes feels flushed when I'm really craving one and my mouth still actually salivates during cravings, but other than that, no big issues.

Oh wait...one! I've gained 8 pounds in a week. Better start on that treadmill soon.
