Hey

My names adam Im 15 and highly addicted so my doctor tells me I smoke around 20 a day and not that real fags the cheap one's so there worse I have been told my mum was a smoker for about 27 years and stopped on the alan carr book. So I think i might have a read tonight before bed sounds a good book.

And it does not really matter what kind and how many cigarettes you smoke - addiction is addiction - we are all in the same boat - and I am sure that you will find loads of support here - so did I
