Well Done Jan 1--Congrats
Well Done, class of January 1.
Guess some of you have noticed you've got the problem licked.
Remember, there will be moments. Take this moment, for example. I had a craving for just a few secs, even though I quit on October 18, 2007. I logged onto this website, reviewed what people were saying, posted this note!
There you have it.
We may never be done with it (smoking) but we are always looking for a way out of it.
If you, the class of January 1, have made it this far, you've done it! Congrats!

Hey rob
Thanks for that and well done you - yeah still craving but for the most part not giving in (had a drunken pull other w/e) but have found that the method of not buying cigerettes has helped enormously

I cant believe its just the four of us now!
I have to say after a wobble in month 3, I personally have cracked it. I have even lost most of the anger i inherited after giving up.
Just need to shed a stone and get some face cream now and life will be perfect.
Well done to all of us
Gary xxx
Gary
Face cream?????? Da Da DAHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!
wha'the'fuh' is THAT all about. Is this something i will need to plan for, for future months????:confused:
Funny enough its not a gay thing!!! I managed to get through puberty etc without too many spots but give up smoking and f******g hell, my skin seems to have deteriorated like my 16 year old son
So in summary, plan for FACE CREAM...............
