You have not quit smoking, get that thought out of your head, it doesn't matter if you were to take 2 puffs a day, you are a smoker that has never quit, just cut down.
what would happen to you if you didn't smoke, if you resisted those 2 cigarettes?
would you crave them, would you want them real bad?
if the answer is yes then nicotine still has it's insidious hold on you, it is playing with you, eventually over time you may find that 2 cigarettes turns to 4, then 8 then 10 . . . .
you are less prone to relapse on 2 a day.
be free of them forever.
quit now, non smokers do not smoke and have no desire to smoke.
The best advice you can get is to stop picking them up and lighting them!!
If you go cold turkey you will feel a million times better in three days, keep smoking and the withdrawal is endless. Personally, I would rather not smoke at all than hanker after that precious cigarette 12 hours a day!
Trust me, it's worth it.
Pls: Iain it was Allen Carrs book that mentioned the two a day smoker, who actually smoked more than two a day or else tortured themselves
If I could just have two a day I would be delighted, I wouldnt worry at all infact if I could have 10 a day I would, but trouble is if I think oh I'll just have ten a day I would be back on 35 a day easily. If you enjoy havin just those two a day do it. I wouldnt worry about that.

Thing is though, Casey is here because she wants to quit smoking. So I'm thinkin' its prob not a good idea to be encouraging her to carry on with it  This is a forum to help those that want to quit afterall
