I seem to be a tad on the fizzy side for the last two days...maybe it's reading all the mails on here.

But it worries me....I should be having less fun!

This is quitting my lifelong cherished addiction, after all.

Damn, I'm cold again today.

It's a sort of tingling feeling all over..Hands, chest, behind the eyes.

Jumping up and down for a few minutes helps (i'm on my own a lot!!!).

I read somewhere on here yesterday that that's a tantric energy exercise.

Fancy!! Some people call it jumping up and down...some call it a tantric energy exercise.

I call it trying to stop feeling so damn cold!!

Not to worry...The YBGTPF team (or whatever we are now) is on to the next box tommorrow...What comes around stays gone this time huh?
