haha, yeh I noticed I am the new Danni - can I have her figure and money oh and OH says can he have her sister?

Yeh am fine, bit fragile not been around for few days cos not been in a good place and didnt want to bring everyone down with me. Trying to pick myself up and get on with it but just fed up of being a miserable non smoker, dont know whether everything that is going on with me and around me is due to not smoking or whether its because it would have happened regardless.

All that combined with monthly MI information that I have to get together which was due a week ago and had to get done today and all the other crap that goes with my job.

Anyways I promised myself I would be cheerful so I have given myself a slap round the face and now I have a smile see?

How is everyone else on your ship, is it sailing nicely?

I read the earlier post, and saw 'i'm fed up being a miserable non-smoker'.

Ok.. perspective time.. lets go 10,20 or even 30 years into your future...

The miserable non-smoker has led a much more comfortable and healthy life, had plenty of holidays, and has moved in new social circles and much more thanks to staying true to the quit.

The other you.. the one that you think isn't miserable... the one that smokes? Well, due to ill health, and several attempts to resuscitate you on the operating table.....

Nuff said?

Seriously, there is nothing miserable about being a non-smoker, this whole state of mind thing thats going on right now passes, so don't fall for the con.. this is the addiction trying to make you think you NEED it.
