Starting Week 3 - Sleeeeep!

I'm calling 'sleep'. But he ain't listening. :mad:

The last two nights I haven't been able to sleep. I toss and turn all night long, maybe getting an hour before I'm awake again.

Other than that, everything is ok. I get minimal desires to smoke. I don't even call them cravings, because they're just memories of the inhale and exhale that get me going after a nice meal, or when I'm bored. I drink some cold water and it goes away eventually. I just wish I didn't have the memories...

I'm hanging in there as best I can. Thanks to all of you for being here for each other. It TRULY makes a difference.


I have been quit for 2 Weeks, 2 hours, 2 minutes and 6 seconds (14 days). I have saved $15.26 by not smoking 70 cigarettes. I have saved 5 hours and 50 minutes of my life. My Quit Date: 1/22/2008 1:00 PM
