Hi Linda and of course I remember you. So sorry to see you caved in but very glad to see you back in there. I would like to explain how I did it but not sure I can. All I know is I decided it wasn't the stinking tobacco that I was addicted to but the habit. I was addicted to the habit. I concentrated on breaking that addiction. Once I realised what I had to beat, it came relativly easy and bingo!!

Good luck Linda and hurry up getting into this lovely 6+ month room.

I think you misunderstood me there Buffo, The weight is going but the wrong way. Its going on. When I said my clothes were shrinking, it was a little white lie.
