Well it's finally finished. Week 1. Hope it doesn't get any harder. but I did it. feel well impressed with myself. Sounds better when u tell people a week instead of days. Hope everyones doing ok as well x

Well done Debsblair it does get easier from now you may still have the occasional difficult day but they are few and far between.Same with the cravings they lessen also, oh and the days/weeks seem to pass a lot quicker as well.
