Well im on day 4 and its hard at times , oh how i wish i never started again !!!.

I gave up for 2 and a half years ,One thing for sure im not going back this time , just need the strength to get through this .Hope ev1 is good keep the good work going brill site .

it's hard when you know you were doing so well and you now you have to do this again - but like you say - never again! Day 4 is good going, hopefully it should really start to turn around and get a bit easier soon.

Make sure you're looking after yourself - lots of treats!

Thanks for the encouragement , my hubby treating me its good lol , hes gonna take me for a meal at weekend if i keep going ,and the girls are cool aswell they keep encouraging me and they havnt argued , thats a bonus and treat in itself lol.

I am also on day 4 can't believe it, well done Lorraine I know it's not easy nearly cracked up last few days but actually feel okish today, as hbav says lots of treats keep thinking of all the nice things you can do with the extra money.

Glad your still ploughing through Lorraine!

It's annoying to be quitting again after doing so well but it does reinforce how much you don't want to go back!!

I feel relieved to be not smoking this time, the panic sets in when I think of falling back!!
