Was actually quite tough today being back at work ( they`re not exactly encouraging! )
Also had to help with the food shopping for the residents and I HATE going to the supermarket. Didn`t help that I lost the person I went with and nearly dumped the shopping and walked out
Got to go back to the clinic tomorrow so I`m looking forward to seeing how much my Co has gone down. It`s nice not to have a tight chest and be able to get a good lungful of air in now and when the others were smoking, I did think it smelt nasty.

Going to the clinic works well for me, each appointment is a new goal to reach x x and the co levels are encouraging.
They should make up backs, where each time we go back they give out a little reward to keep us going.
Stay strong your doing fantastic x x

Ha ha haa! You can laugh I`ve never been good in the shops and I know he only takes me with him coz he thinks it`s amusing to see me flying down the aisles with the trolley while he watches the bodies go flying either side:eek:
Maybe they could give us a big box of choccies every week. May have to suggest it but sure she won`t appreciate the joke. Very serious, she is:rolleyes:
