Start of Day 3

well i've got to day 3. Determind to get past it. Got docs today for my smoking check up. I actually put a cig in my mouth yesterday & thought "what the hell am I doing? If I light this up then i'm gonna have to start back again at day 1. I'm so pleased I didn't light it up. Thankss for all the support & Threads on here. I know i'm not alone

To post a new thread, there is a link on the top left of the threads menu.

ie Day 3 will list all its messages and top left of the box under user CP is the link.

Day three and can't believe I'm still off them - felt like killing someone this morning very angry - my sister called and she had a smoke I resisted the temptation to ask her for one and have felt great ever since - know this could change in the next hour- when should I begin to feel somewhat normal again??

Thanks to everyone on the forum it's great to know other people are going through the same thing.
