....into Month three today.

How is everyone. Been really busy of late at work so not much time to surf and post. Been getting a siesta at lunch time too so no surfing then either.

Hope everyones doing well and still ex smokers. Still managed not to have a puff and i'm very proud of myself. Got through the party season with my candy cigarettes to suck on! finding it a hell of a lot easier now.

I'll get a quick scan and see how far everyones getting on.

I have no idea where they came from, i've really good friends that heave helped me loads. they came to visit me one night with a couple of beers and 2 packs of those things hehe.
