It amazes me how you can have a day when you dont even think about smoking and the next cannot stop thinking about it.
Yesterday was easy, today well i just want to go tobed and wake up tomorrow because my mind is all over the place.

Poor you - just hang onto the thought that tomorrow you're due a good day again! Deep breaths and hang in there
Hi flippy, yes, that's pretty weird, I agree. It seems there's no consistency to it which also means you can't really prepare for it. All I can say is that it does get better with time.. the cravings become fewer and further between and seem to last for less and less time but I think you know that already!
Stick with it, it's worth it
Oh flippy i feel for you, its not a nice place to be i know. But just hang on, you know its gona be easyer tomorrow, get this bad patch over with now and your flying. think of the coming spring, all that new rebirth. and we will fill our lungs with clean fresh air, Ohhhh ! beautiful ! stay with us you can be there too. xxx
Just hang on for tomorrow. I know exactly how you feel, look at my day 4 it was horrible but then i was ok again on day 5
big hugs x x remember, hour by hour tinking of you x x

I hav just not stopped eating:eek:
me too, I keep popping into my kitchen and picking at things
I'm the same, I had a very easy day yesterday compared with today. My minds been playing around with self doubt and questioning whether I really want to give up.
It's all a load of bull **it anyway, cause when I was smoking, alot of the time I'd think I wasn't getting enough/anything from my cigs anyway, which put me in a sort of nicotine limbo  , which is one of the reasons for chain smoking.
We'll just have to see what tomorrow's like.
Flippy so sorry you're having a bad day - remember that these you're going through are quite simply the most difficult, crappy days of the quit, one only has to try and do some damage control until they're gone Come rant the cravings away whenever you feel, but also keep training your mind to think that smokefree = cool!NewMe
BTW, Dossydo I really appreciate your invite to focus on the upcoming spring and its sense of rebirth, it is indeed so inspiring
