hey guys,

Yeah, on day 5 myself, and tbh cruising now! Think my mindset is just that bit more in tune with my body this time round, its certainly the most confident I have ever been of making this situation permanent. Have the off pang, but it lasts just a minute or two, and I am down to having maybe just two or three of these a day now! Not got anything planned this weekend aside from Gym, Gym, Gym! Plan is to throw myself at the cardio workouts and really start to measure my bodys progress!!

Here's to everyone, and a carefree, but more importantly smoke free weekend!

PS - Normally I find Jan thoroughly depressing, but am on cloud nine at the mo, which is ace!!
