Well day 2, at least I am here, struggled like mad last night and this morning when I got up. Went out and had a good walk that really helped, did a little retail therapy as well, not for me though for hubby, thought he deserved a treat. Hopefully this will be better tomorrow. See you then.

good for you. I think the best thing you can do is keep yourself occupied - not necessarily busy, but whatever takes your mind off things. Exercise, knitting, reading, shopping are all good
