Hi all back at work today:mad: but more postive for me its day 4 and likeing the fact i am now i non smoker, did not have my first NRT till i got to work, before when i was smoking i had to have 2 as sone as i got up.

Well i will keep u all up to date.

My chest is really bad today i have been on Amoxicllin 500mg for last 6 days the infection has gone i think my chest is still bad due to my lungs geting rid of all the shit.

Its nice 2 look at all the smokers going outside in the cold and not having to go with them.

Well day 4 comes to a end and i have to say i feel fantastic for not smoking i hope each day gets better from now on i have only had about 7NRT gums today, also my chest feels better :p:D
