I've been lucky a cold I caught recently, put me off smoking. God knows why they never have in the past, but this one was different. I had no desire at all to smoke, it just did'nt bother me. So I carried on and after 3 days of not caring whether i smoke or not i thought...well I've come this far without a cig why not quit for life and reclaim what's left of my lungs, so I am, and here I am on my sixth day without a gasper!. I'm expecting some grief along the way but the thing is I AM EXPECTING IT, so bring it on

Rozkca I ts terriffic that you are soooooooooooo prepared for what may or May not happen .Don't anticipate stuff though cos it may not even happen to you! We all know everyones quit is different and that one thing may affect one individual but not another. Good luck chuck!
