Since around 10 pm on 11/23/07 i have been smoke free, the first 3 days were a little bad but I've made it, not so sure how much more i can take thou does it get any worse after 72 hours ? Also people say drink a lot of cranberry juice but doesn't OJ work just as well or am I wrong ?

for got to add i'm going cold turkey

The first 5 days are probably the worst, after that it never gets any harder than those first 5 days.

You just have to hang on in there.

The time just goes by and before you know it a month has passed, then two months etc...

Keep it up Nev. It is the best xmas pressie that you can give to yourself.

Welcome to the forum, can i just say 72 hours is the crissis point aftrer that theres no nicotine in your body, by now you will be through the worst it will ever get. CONGRATULATIONS YOU MADE IT.

don't know about cranberry, I use tomato juice; someone told me that it helps and gave me some scientific backup but I can't remember now what it was they said. Useful aren't I!
