Made it to 7 days

Hi all - made it to 7 days. It hasn't been easy but I'm hoping it gets a little easier from now on. The past week feels as though its been the longest week of my life and I sure don't want to go through that again.... more determined than ever to stay off the ciggies. Lets hope I can make it to the end of week 2.
