Many thanks for the replies.

I'm finding it really hard but I am very determined.

I'm already starting to actually taste food and my sense of smell is improving by the minute.

I do keep feeling lightheaded today but guess that is normal.

Just taking it a day at a time.

Once again, thank you, it's nice to know there is support here.:)

Hi Wendyann,

Well done your doing great, stay strong and positive!

I think it is normal to feel lightheaded, well I did lol. I think it is something to do with your body getting more oxygen:confused:

Anyway keep up the good work xxxx

Congrats on making this so hard but smart decision :)

Honestly hun, none of us found it easy to quit so don't feel depressed should you feel down from time to time during these first days -> it's normal, it's okay, just you healing and adjusting to be healthy in body and mind, we've all been through that and apart from a reeeeeally small bunch of very lucky people, I never heard that quitting smoke was easy ;) It doesn't have to be tragic, though, you just keep that strong and positive mental attitude you're showing and you'll be smoke-free in no time :)

Thanks everyone.:)

I'm just starting day 3. Will post on the other threads later in the week, hopefully.;)

Funny thing, struggled all day yesterday and it was only last night I felt calm and not really craving. Could have done with that feeling during the day.lol

Still smoke free though.:)
