Well last night the shit hit the fan in our house (teenagers, who'd have um) and i just couldnt calm down so reached for a fag. OMG it was the most disgusting thing i have ever tasted. It burnt the back of my throat and made me go all dizzy.

Now i know it was the wrong thing to do and i didnt even want to do it but just had too:confused:

Have got up this morning and I am back on track. So i am saying i am still on day 48 because a little blip dont mean i have to go back to day 1

But i have been very honest with you lot so felt it only right to tell you about me being a bad girl

I al so have 1 17 year old teenage boy looking for a home. It dont have to be a good home a bad home would probably be the best thing for him really.

Just a blip, dont be hard on yourself!! Think most parents (from what I have heard) with teenagers have a lot of trauma to go through before coming out the other side, usually ok (hopefully).

I thought if i had a puff i would want more but i didnt. Poor DH had 2 though and i think he is back to smoking but really thats ok because he was struggling as i dont think he was ready.

Theres a new ad on TV for Bold spa & water powder or such like, Mum goes in bedroom in chemical suit, washes teens clothes, returns them in to the bedroom in a wonderful neat folded pile for said teen to put away, pile knocks onto floor and left as started all over the floor!!

I got so exited because I was like 'Oh my god!! I feel your pain! because that pain is mine!'

Sad i got exited about that but I laughed out loud, through gritted teeth xx

hi hun, i have 2 teenage boys:eek: so i know exactly where u are coming from ......... bless their little cotton socks ............ perhaps we should swap for a day or two .......

anyway, it has been 136 days for me, and it is A LOT easier, but there are still days, times, moments,when for two pins i would have had a cig. However, god only knows how i havnt, but i havnt, i think its because i know that it would make me feel sick if i did, so what would b the point?

Anyway, what im tryin to say is, dont beat yourself up about it, you are back on track that is the main thing, and just think about all the days that you havnt had one. And if i ever do the same, remind me of this post lol x
