Can't understand how I've got this far........ some of the lows have been extreme. Is the second week any better than the first??? Could do with some reassurance.

Hey linlin,

You have done so well. The longer you continue the easier it will get. I am on day 16 and have good and bad days still, but easier than the first week, so it does take a long time but it will be worth it in the end!

One week down, every other week will be easier than the first week!!

The first week is different from any other week!! It may not always feel like that but believe you me, to never have to go through the first week again should make you grin like a Cheshire cat!!

Yes, it gets easier. there may be the odd hump in the road but it does start to go downhill. Honest!
