Hi...i have only just found this site and so wish i saw it 4 weeks agao!!!

I have just gone into week 4 of quitting as well and on patches.the first 3 weeks were the hardest for me big time! lol Past 2 days no cravings at all and feel like my brain has just started to kick in!!Looking forward to chatting to peeps who know what im going through! Marie
