I did the best thing ever last night....

I took a puff of a cigi (sorry!) but was the best thing for me because....I HATED IT!!!!!! i coughed so much i nearly vomited, i hated the taste and it's put me off doing it again and i really really really DONT want one anymore!

Pissed with myself that i got to the point where i fell but i personally think it was the best thing i could have done, put me right off now!

Many of us do that and it is an important lesson because we fantasize about smoking.

When you actually do it and taste it it shatters the fantasy and reality kicks in! 'yuck!'

Now you can carry on without those ridiculous fantasies!

I can spend £7-£10 a day on some new make up or save for 3 days for a little shopping spree, or save for 2 weeks for a new phone! lol it's mental!!!:eek:

I put £50 a week into a online saving account,and after having a look last night i have got £500 in already:eek:

But have spent £500 on exhaust for motorbike and some clothes as a ickle pressy to be getting on with

So you keep on saving lou,and buy yaself something really pretty

I smoked for 27 yrs around the same amount a day. Sometimes even more if I was drinking w/friends. The thought makes me sick to my stomach!

for the leading brand which i used to smoke it cost £2.54 for a packet of 10 and for a packet of 20 it is nearly £5.00.

extortionate really.
