Hi Lynn
Congratulations on your 1wk acheivement.!
Well donesmilies.sofrayt.com/^/r/dan... As to the cravings issue I found them to not be as often in week2. I think its as you get used to going about your daily business withou cigs that makes it easier each day. For example I would never dream of walking home from work w/o a cig in my mouth.
The first time after I'd quit when I walked home I had quite a bad urge and I had to conscientiously conc.entrate on NOT sparking up. Now I@ve done it a dozen times or so w/o a cig so the urge to smoke has gone. I think we just got to give it time Lyn. Stay strong girl!
Well done
I am thinking of you, thankyou for supporting me, now its my turn to do the same for you, when i get as far as you i will be estactic, my cravings are under control with the help of NRT.
Keep going you are doing fantastic i woulkd never have done as well as you without help
Good Luck
Adam
Hi Lyn - woooohooo we made it to day 7. You said we could do it together!!
Well done lyn The cravings will start decreasing in number and intensity so smile, girl.
Besides you can control them, it's not like anyone can force you to do anything, so never forget it's just up to you to stay quit, no one else and nothing else will have the power to force you back to smoking
