Bloody hope this is a better day not missing the smokes its all the bad sides i have been having acid was the worst ever on day 10 please lord don't let this day be worse.....

Morning Nezzey. Your'e doing great. Hubby used to get acid - try 1/2tsp of bicarbonate of soda or a spoonful of Gaviscon. Smoking will only irritate your tum even more and make you feel ten times as worse. We can do this!!!!img115.exs.cx/img115/7404/y...

We gave up about the same time in june.

I am on day 4 this time around and like you i dont miss the fags.

Acid is horrible I suffer loads I can't stand gaviscon or remegel anymore because I had them sooooo much

Kazza's bicarbonate of soda in water is what i use and it works well x x x good for trapped air and bloatedness too
