Now if I could just stop eating!!! I have at least been trying to eat healthy food anyway. When I conquer this sucessfully I will tackle the food demon. This is the toughest thing I have ever tried to accomplish!
Ah yes food is a common substitute don't worry about that, use the quit as a good excuse to see food and eat it
The weight settles back down a bit after around 4-5 months so I wouldn't advise tackling weight for around 6 months x x

Well its 19:37 had to take patch off as going light headed dont think my body likes the patches i have tried these before but had to take it off as bad side feel realy shit as nothing is going right for me sick of the bad sides and acid its getting me down cant wait to go to bed and hope to god friday is a better day:mad: :confused:
Lie down,relax and take 6 deep breaths. Onthe last breath ,hold for several seconds then exhale as slow as you can. For your bad acid try 1/2 tsp bicarb of soda in a glass of water. sip S L O W L .Y. If you can have a hot drink to help you sleep eg horlicks,hot choc etc. Hope you feel better in the morning sweets.
