When can you officially say you've quit? I've heard it takes 28 days to kick a habit, but I definitely don't want to let my guard down - I still get plenty of urges! What do you guys think?

I'm on day 30 and still going strong...I'm even losing count now :o

You can say you have quit anytime you feel is right for you!!! I said I quit right from day 1 of my non-smoking life. I tell people I am a non-smoker and I am 57 days in to my quit!! We are non-smokers and we don't smoke so therefore, in my opinion we have quit.

Don't ever let your guard down because you never know when the urge may hit you. You are doing excellent on day 30...WOW!!! Great job! Stay focused and you will last as a non-smoker forever!! You can do it! :D
