Sorry for being rubbish on the coming here front of late. You could've been forgiven for believing I'd crashed and burned and receded into smokedom. In fact last week I passed into month 4 without even realising it until a few days later. After three months I hardly think of smoking at all in an average day and when I do it's like ......(well if you've ever kind of missed a bad news friend who was just no good for you, but still glad they're gone, you'll know what I mean).
I still feel I'm a more tense person that I was before I quit, but I'm hoping the second three months will see an improvement in that.
I hope everyone is well, smoke free and happy.

I am so proud of you Dickyboy!!! I crashed and burned!! Am on day 3 more determined than ever so you need to show up from time to time just to keep encouraging me!
Dickyboy thanks for posting, it's amazing that you passed 4 months without even realizing it! I'm sure it'll take time to feel completely like our old self again...I feel so much stronger on so many levels since I quit, but I have also had to accept that I'm going to be more fragile for a while - the thing is it's part of a major healing process so a GOOD THING in the end
