It's day 1 again. I still had three cigarettes left from the lapse at the weekend and I smoked them last night. I know it was stupid but I feel so much better now they're out of the way and also so much stronger. I feel like this really is a new start now - I don't think I was totally committed yesterday as I knew that they were still there.

Am looking forward to posting on Day 2 tomorrow.

Well done on making a commitment today, it is too hard when you have got cigs lying about, make sure there aren't anymore hiding about the house and make a big effort, it will be worth it in the end.

I found that if you give up just before the friday quiz you laugh so much that you can't smoke and don't think about it.
