sleepless nights

Hi, my god these sleepless nights are doing me in at the moment. As soon as I fall asleep I just wake again for no reason! I'm not getting any dreams or anything like that, but just suddenly wake up. I'm bloody knackered in the day then. I've been falling asleep all over the place at work today!! And I was driving :eek: Joking!

I'm using patches at the moment. They are the 24 hour ones, and yes I leave it on at night because I am scared I will be like bear with a sore arse in the morning!:rolleyes: This is the best quit I have managed ever, and this being the only side effect this time.

Just know that there is a light at the end of the tunnel !!

Maybe a natural sleeping aid from the chemists will help.

Hi there bulldog1970,

I am using champix and poppy is cold turkey or cold chicken as she would say! We can't sleep either, I think it is just quitting upsets your system completely and it takes time to re-adjust, I am sure we will be back to normal soon though, hang in there!
