I did about 3 months then lost it (my will power) at a friends 40th Birthday party.

Just wish that no smoking in pubs and clubs had come in earlier

Its taken me ages to get the motivation to quit again but here I am

back on day 2 again!! Still ill be ready next time and know what to avoid

I have now been a none smoker for:. 0Y 0W 1D 16H 12M 19S. I have not smoked: 67 Cigarettes. That a saving of £ 16.75. I will now live longer by: 5H 22M. Since I Quit on the 16 August 2007 23:30:00.     that dam fag. I would be giving advice to day 2 and 3 quiters rather than taking it AGAIN!!!

    Im still realy p**t off with myself. But on a good point even more determend that this time it is really it.

    Funny thing is dont do the pub thing but u cant turn down an invite from a friend on his birthday. Beter stop there! Sounds like im blaming everyone els when its me that said yes to that dam fag but never again (god willing). P.S anyone browsing stay away from alcohol and smokers in 1st few months.

    Feel a bit like a parasite - gaining strength from your experience but then again, I suppose that's what this site is about, giving each other strength and the confidence to win!

    on a downer feelin sorry for myself sort of thing yesterday, back in a good frame of mind now had a good night been watching that simpsons movie not laughed that much in ages. going to bed now feeling good and relaxed.
