Shouldn`t you be posting on day 6. Never mind that blip, i think it happens to most of us.I think if i had to say on day 15 that i had to start at day 1 again i would have been very demoralised and maybe starting smoking again.

The need for support when quitting should never be underestimated!! sure the family mean well but they don't know what it is like!!

You may well find that they stop patting you on the back very quickly as they think it's all done!!

That is why it is so very important that you keep patting yourself on the back and keep up the treats and rewards x x
