you might feel better for a few minutes - until the guilt sets in
keep telling yourself you are better than the smokers who cant quit, reward yourself and use the saved money to pay for a holiday you werent planning or to have a night out, anything to show yourself its all worthwhile

Granted, have you ever gone up hung over though ?
and if you smoke now you'll feel even dizzier!
continune to smoke habitually and whats the chances on having a stroke up there
The sickness and lightheaded feelings will pass x x x x
Try sipping water throughout the day, also eating little and often will help, thats things like nuts n bananas not sausage sarnies hehehehe
Though I can't talk much have gained 1 stone

Hi Steve
I to have felt very sick on and off. I am now in week 4 and haven`t felt sick for a few days , so hopefully that has passed. Its like your body getting rid of all the nastiness of smoking, well thats my theory. Just blame it all on when you used to smoke.
