Well done your doing great dont worry about the patches I just finished 12 week course two weeks ago. Feeling fine the only probs the patch coming off and they are a bit of pain full when you first put them on but they got me this far so good luck Linda xxx

Love the patches - working for me. The only trouble is the only place I can get them to stick is my upper arm so I'm getting some really wierd tanning affects from the sun!! Little rectangle here, line from the glue there, man it's not good!!!

Down to the 7mg now and still feel good so there must be something that works!! - Although I've been given the little clear patches this time and I reckon they're just sellotape so when the course finishes I'm gonna stick a bit of sellotape on my arm as a placebo

Whatever works it's got to be worth it!!!!
