Got up this morning, 7.10...washed, dressed, teeth done...and went downsatairs...hubby just got in from work, made me a cuppa...got youngest up to get ready for back to school...all is well so far...
Took dog for a walk..was out for half hour...great when I got back..love the fresh air, and not gettin out of puff...
Youngest was ready for school...then all hell broke out...lol...he claimed I had lost a letter from school..which should of been signed...now I know I signed before they broke up for half term, and gave it back to him...so that was it...craving like mad started...had to have a lozenger...then to top it all off, he found the letter, was still in his bag....I could of cried...
Anyways..all was sorted...and to cut a long story short...I did not cave in...phew..and now I am at day 6...
And still not determined to give into the WEED...
Will post again later...sorry for rambling, but needed to get it off my chest

Well done Lindy! Sounds like a nightmare moment but you coped admirably and most of all you didn't cave in!
I'm not handling the early morning panics very well either. The moment I hear "Mum, where's my...." I feel like breaking the land speed record on the way out the door!
I'm perfectly ok when things are nice and calm, but with 3 kids and a dog those moments seem to be few and far between.
If theres one thing to get u jittery...it has to be those little people...hope ur doing ok today...
I am so excited about reaching the end of my first week...and moving up another notch on here...dont know about you...but that seems to give me a bit of an incentive also...
Corrected so it means what i think you meant to say.
Keep going, despite stresses around you, keep choosing not to use cigs to add a further difficult layer onto your day. In the end you'll manage fine all the time without smoking. You will come to see that soon enough.
