Funny how each day in the beginning is such a big deal. I am one day behind you and cant wait to start day 6! Actually cant wait for the day I stop counting.
so good to know you are now just a day away from the first week:D
I still find it very hard -and just honestly take each day as it comes .
But the first day -which only happened this week -when I bought my paper and didnt buy cigs. looked at them and felt no , no -I dont use them anymore .
we are worth more Daniel. good luck hun -and keep strong. xx
Yer i find it easier now when i go to the shop now skylark, i think one of the reasons why its easy is, I don't have to hand £5.80 over for some cigs that are really bad for my health and make me smell rotten. Smoke free is the way forward for me, and cheers for all the replies. Thanks.
Daniel, here's a well done in advance for one week quit, cos you sound so positive that I know your going to do it. It's great to get the first week out of the way, and I wish you a very comfortable and confident second week.
Well done Daniel, you've smashed the first week, I am a day behind you, trying to catch you up hehe. Seriously though, well done, if you can do a week you can do a month! x x
Hi Dan glad you are still managing to stay focused and sorry there are not so many on to chat too but after the weekend things will get back a little to normality when we are all ove the BH take care and enjoy the weather x
