Well it has been 7 hours since i had my last cig and im feeling ok. I still feel horrible for letting myself down and giving in a few days ago but that was a learning experience on how to cope with stress trying NOT to light up.
Anyways thought i would give an update, hopefully this is the time i quit for good

Hi Harpe - Good to see you - just keep you're pecker up!! we're all the same and that's what makes the site work - it wasn't a let down - just a learning curve like you say...keep it up you're doing great.
Welcome back and wow good on you for getting back to quitting so quickly! Don't beat yourself up we all have little wobbles at some point its how we get the practise for quitting for good.
That is the attitude! if at first you don't succeed and all that
I don't think you should feel you let yourself down, try and feel more positive, it was a lesson that you needed to learn in order for you to progress, so you are now a lot further down the road to non smokingdom than before x x
Keep yourself busy and active and keep rewarding yourself x x x x
Hello All, As I said yesterday, today was my day to quit. I have been smole free since 6:30 am. Not doing to bad for the most part but definitely having some moments. Wow. My spirits are stilll high and added another positive post it to my desk...lol

hi ya harpe. you know what you are doing brilliantly. do you know why? then i shall tell you. i have tried to quit 3 times b4 now + each time i tried, if i had one cig (which i obviously did!) i would be back smoking 20 a day and i would not try to quit again for like 6 months! just couldn't get the confidence or the motivation!
so hunnie give yourself a great big pat on the back for getting back on it!!! x x x
I find that I have been talking to myself...hehe Telling myself, Oh its just a withdrawl... it will pass etc.... Then the president walks by. I hear a restless sleep is ahead? Smoked for 30 years so can imagine that. Any suggestions?
Well done Kim x x x x
You are doing very well!!!
Times ticking on and soon you can go to bed and awake on a new smoke free day!
