Hi all, I`m new to these forums, but not new to quitting haven`t had a cig since monday 2-30pm. so i suppose i`m on day two-ish.
This is about the 8th time of trying, my last attempt was 6 months ago and i stopped for 6 weeks, the longest i`ve ever done. hoping to do better this time
I`m using patches and gum, which helped last time.
Husband is supposed to be quitting with me, but i know hes still having the odd cig, he thinks i don`t know
Anyway enough of my rant,
Good luck to all

Good luck to you Debbie and well done for trying again. Don't worry about failed attempts, we always learn something from them which gives us a little advantage the next time.

Keep your sights set on the Penthouse where you will get a really warm welcome x
Hi.....The Penthouse is the name given to the Year1 board on here.
On day one i looked in and thought ha never......it looks so far away and unatainable but take one day at a time and climb the boards and you will get there. Trust me it is worth it.
Have a read ahead........the group from oct last year are tripping in now....shows it can be done.
